QEI+ Paris is committed to deliver quality products and to provide a first class service to our customers.
We ship all our orders using UPS. A tracking number is provided by email.
Customers in U.S. and in Canada need to pay their orders in U.S. Dollar. You can change the currency by selecting US Dollar in the currency in the right column.
Customers in the United Kingdom can also pay their orders in British Pound.
Customers are responsible to pay import fees (custom fees) and taxes from their own countries, if asked by the UPS driver.
You can request an express delivery for an extra fee. Please email us to give you a quote.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, that we are processing your order (usually it takes between 1 to 2 business days to process your order). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order will be shipped. The delivery time takes between 6 to 10 business days in Europe, 1 to 4 business days on the East Coast and 5 to 7 business days on the West Coast of the American Continent.
Shipping to a different address:
You can add up to 5 different addresses in your paypal account. Your order can be shipped to a different address than your billing address, such as a friend's address, your work place or your vacation address.
For security reasons, we will ship orders only to the shipping address that you provided when you made your payment on paypal.
The processing time for orders is up to 2 business days.
To avoid delay to process your order, your shipping address on your paypal payment needs to be confirmed.
Steps to verify your address on your paypal account:
You can have your address verified on your paypal account, by logging into your paypal account.
Click on Profile
Add a card
Paypal will deposit a small amount in your credit card.
Check your credit card statement, next to the deposit, there is a code.
Enter this code to verify your credit card.
Your address will then be verified on your paypal account.
If your shipping address is not confirmed on your paypal payment, we will ask you to email us a copy of your ID showing your name and your shipping address.
This information is required within 6 days of your payment by paypal. If we did not receive this information within this time frame, your payment will be refunded.
When you click CONFIRM ORDER you agree on our shipping and payment terms.
We accept different ways of payments :
- Credit cards, debit cards (in the U.S. only) and echeck processed by Paypal There is a refund policy with Paypal of 60 days. After passed this time frame, you will get a store credit.
- Personal and Business Checks, Canadian, U.S. and International Money. There is a holding policy of 5 business days for Canadian checks and Money orders, 14 Business Days for U.S. checks and Money Orders (except for Wells Fargo customers, email for more details) and 28 Business Days for Overseas checks and Money Orders. Your order will be sent after the funds will be available.
- Direct Deposit into our bank account for all customers and interac email for Canadian customers. Interac email is a simple way to send money from your bank account to anyone in Canada, just like if you pay a phone or internet bill. You have a security question and answer that you will have to provide us after you made your payment.
- Western Union or Money Gram.
You are required to keep your password secret and cannot divulgue it to your family or friends, in order to protect you and to avoid any fraud.
You can address any complaint to our customer service. We will resolve any problem in a reasonable timeframe.
If you made a payment with credit card by paypal, you can contact paypal or log into your paypal account to resolve your problem.
If you file a complaint with your credit card company and claim an unauthorised payment, knowing that you placed your order on our website and that you received your products : this is considered a fraud. Any person, who will pursue this action will be prosecuted in a court of law in the jurisdiction of our company. This person will be required to pay our court fees and will be banned for future orders on our website.
This person will also be reported as a frauder.
Returns & Exchanges :
No returns allowed
In the event that the products are found defective or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days that you receive your package, in order to resolve the problem.
In order to open a claim with UPS, take pictures of damaged products and the box (inside and outside). You are advised to keep all evidence, in case UPS is asking to inspect them. If your claim is accepted, we will refund you for the damaged products only.
Email us the circunstances of the damaged products, a list of the damaged products and pictures.
If you receive the wrong item, email us to resolve the issue.
Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, we do not refund or exchange items that have been opened or used.
For refused package(s) we will credit the total amount less shipping cost.
For package(s) returned because the address is incomplete or inacurate, a charge will be added, if you want your order to be reshipped.
If you change your address with UPS while the package was in transit a fee will apply.
